Aien and Aina's love story began in 2014 when their mutual friends, Heart and Mickey, set them up on a blind date, convinced they would make a great couple. Aien and Aina hit it off instantly, and officially became a couple on that same year.

In 2015, seeking new adventures, they moved to Dubai for work. Over the next six years, they thrived in the vibrant city, exploring its rich culture and indulging in the diverse food scene they both adored.

Their shared passion for travel took them to over ten countries, with each destination adding to their beautiful memories. They love immersing themselves in new cities, embracing different cultures, and savoring local cuisines. Adventure calls to them, too; whether it’s bungee jumping, paragliding, parasailing or riding roller coasters, they eagerly seek out extreme activities.

In 2018, during their fourth anniversary getaway to the stunning island of Santorini in Greece, Aien proposed to Aina. It was a romantic moment that captured the essence of their journey together, and they were overjoyed to start this new chapter as an engaged couple.

In 2022, they made another significant move to Canada, excited to embrace new adventures.

Throughout their journey, they affectionately call each other "Ai," a name that holds special meaning as it represents both the first syllable of their names and the word for "love" in Japanese and Chinese.

Now, as they prepare for their wedding in December 2024, Aien and Aina are not just partners but best friends, ready to continue exploring the world together and sharing their love for food, family, and connection. Their story is just beginning, and they can’t wait to celebrate this next chapter surrounded by their loved ones.
